We ship to all countries within the EU, Norway, Switzerland, UK, US, UAE and Australia.

Your purchase will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation on business days.

Shipping within Sweden: 1-4 business days

Shipping within Europe: 1-5 business days

Shipping to UAE: 4-10 business days

Shipping to US & Australia: 2-6 business days

SHIPPING FEES

Free shipping in Europe. 
Outside of Europe shipping starts at $15. Free shipping on all orders exceeding $500.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We currently ship on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis to the United Kingdom and all countries within the European Union. This means no additional duties, taxes, or fees will be charged upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, we ship on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. In these cases, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination country.

U.S. customers: Please note the new import taxes. From August 29, 2025, the U.S. has removed the previous duty-free threshold of USD 800. This means that all shipments to the U.S., regardless of value, may now be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in the product price. Any applicable costs will be calculated and collected upon delivery.

The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

RETURNS

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached. Please note that any signs of wear or use will result in the return being declined.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, return labels are not included in our packages. Instead, you can easily initiate your return here.

A return fee applies:
• 99 SEK within Sweden
• €15 within Europe
• $20 for countries outside Europe
