What countries do we ship to?

We ship to all countries within the EU, Norway, Switzerland, UK, US, UAE and Australia.

When will my order be dispatched?

Your purchase will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order confirmation on business days.

What are your estimated delivery times?

Shipping within Sweden: 1-4 business days

Shipping within Europe: 1-5 business days

Shipping to UAE: 4-10 business days

Shipping to US & Australia: 2-6 business days

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is always free over $500.

Returns

What is our return policy?

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached. Please note that any signs of wear or use will result in the return being declined.

Can I exchange an item?

When entering our return portal, you can request an exchange for the same item in a different size. Your new size will be shipped as soon as you have handed in your original order at your local post office.

If you wish to exchange for a different color or another product, please return your original order as usual and place a new order for the desired item.

How do I initiate a return?

As part of our commitment to sustainability, return labels are not included in our packages. Instead, you can easily initiate your return here.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are usually processed within 14 days after the item reaches our warehouse. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.

Is there a return fee?

A return fee applies:

€15 within Europe

$20 for countries outside Europe

Duties & Taxes

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

We currently ship on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis to the United Kingdom, the United States, and all countries within the European Union. This means no additional duties, taxes, or fees will be charged upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, we ship on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. In these cases, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination country.
